Luckily, it wasn't too busy because they didn't have a record of my reservation through OpenTable. In the future, I will choose to call the restaurant directly to make a reservation instead of using OpenTable.

I did have a confirmation email but seating wasn't an issue. Zizzi's must ensure accuracy as had they been busy I could have been turned away.

Unfortunate... read more I hadn't been to this restaurant for a meal in over a year, but I really enjoyed the whole evening. The service was good and the food was very nice. Unfortunately, even though we had booked through Open Table and received confirmation, we were not on the restaurant's booking list for the evening. However, they were able to find us a table and made us feel welcome.
