The Queens Head is a firm favourite if our family. It is dog friendly and both the food and the beer are first class. If we have anybody visiting we always come here. The Landlord and Landlady are warm and welcoming as are the locals. The Sunday roast is home cooked and it is best to call and reserve a table if possible.
An absolute gem of a pub! Steve the landlord is a legend, and the food is always good value and very tasty.
Have enjoying the food at the Queen's Head many times. Fresh home made curries with spice ratings from 1 to 10 and a delicious European menu always on offer. Never been disappointed. The real ale is also outstanding.
Often you go here the hosts are friendly and the food is a nice selection of curries, but all I tried was really delicious
Lovely local pub, run by friendly owners. Great pint of wherry . They also have a decent range of freshly cooked dishes. We sat outside and enjoyed the country vibe. Although it was strangely chilly in the evening breeze considering that it had been 26 degrees earlier on.... Recommended little watering hole. Please check their website for opening times as they are limited since covid-19... Cheers
