Would not go again the food wa... read more Food was mediocre, staff were rude about allergens for celiacs even though they were notified multiple times prior to us booking. Would not go again the food was bland and overpriced. Dietary restrictions: They were not geared up to sort out gluten free food, we called in advance to advise them and they said they hasn't been notified and were really awkward and rude about it. A... read more Came in tonight with my family, had starters, main, drinks and dessert. 5 of us in total, no atmosphere at all, the place was freezing cold where we were sat. A drink was brought over for my 5 year old, straight away she knocked it over by accident and no replacement was offered for her, we had to wait and end up getting her another drink. My starters were cold also, I had Mozerella bites. We then went to settle the bill and was told our club card vouchers weren't valid during December. The coldest month and a month where people most need help with Xmas etc. Ended up costing a small fortune for a few dishes of pasta. Feel really let down all in all.
