Pizza Hut - Ipswich

On the late Saturday evening you visited family and could not face a long journey to home without eating. we had the deal with a pizza, two sides, two desserts and salat. eating was really good, especially the salatable. the salate was fresh! there was the root, the sugar maize, the carrot, and I like the sulphaanas that could be added to the carrot. the salat was so good that I had two bowls! the only thing we didn't like was the loud music. I could have been much quieter. I'm sure we're back.

Went for a lunch time buffet and the place was clean with decent service. The pizza was consistently coming out the kitchen and was piping hot meaning plenty of choice of fresh pizza each time. Salad wasn't too bad but could have had a little more of the dips and dressings topped up but that's minor!

Great Pizza Hut chain restaurant located in good reach of the main roads through the area, which makes it ideal if you're travelling and need somewhere to stop and eat. The menu is brilliant, and the food was very tasty. The staff here make it a really pleasant and enjoyable visit.

What a lovely experience we have just had as a family at Pizza Hut Copdock! Anna (our server) was absolutley lovely and made sure our two daughters had a great time whilst they were there. Lovely hot food with next to no waiting time. All the staff were very friendly but Anna went just that bit above and beyond. My daughters loved the ice cream factory, and even more so when Anna brought over the sauce and sprinkles. I've not been to Pizza Hut for a very long time as I never enjoyed it much but they have really upped there game. We will definitely be going back!!

Ordering is convenient since you can do it right from your table using a QR code. And if you encounter any issues, the staff is quick to assist. We tried the vegan stuffed pepperoni pizza and the salad bar. Unfortunately, they initially mixed up our order and gave us the vegan pizza with regular cheese in the filled crust. However, they promptly acknowledged their mistake, remade the pizzas, and even offered us a free dessert as an apology for the delay. The salad bar features a variety of vegan options, along with an allergy chart to ensure safety. The only non-vegan option is the blue cheese dressing, but the "bacon" bits are a tasty addition. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated the gesture of the free dessert!
