Joined drive through queue. The car in front was at the order point for ten minutes, didn’t move and didn’t place order. There were no cars in front of him all the way to and including the service window…. I tried to call them to...find out what the issue was, no reply and the call timed out unanswered. I reversed out and drove off… money and diet intact!
This is the most rubbish KFC in Ipswich gave me food poisoning!!! It needs be shut down it’s horrible GET A BETTER CHEF or something because the food is Disgusting do not recommend at all
Waited twenty minutes for my order. Not even a sorry for your wait. Staff giving priority to the drive in and online orders! Not impressed at all. Will not return here.
The service at this restaurant is excellent, with courteous and helpful staff. The food is great, and the place is very clean and tidy.
