The chicken was extremely dry as well, as if it had been sitting out for hours. I will not be returning to eat here again.

However they had replaced that with 6 ketchup sa... read more Went thru the Martlesham drive through. Wasn't till we got home we realised we were one piece of chicken short. However they had replaced that with 6 ketchup sachets, 6 bbq sauce sachets, 6 mayo sachets and 13 salt sachets. This is easy to say but check your food before you leave. Careless shoddy service

The food arrived in 30 minutes thr... read more I decided to try a KFC takeaway tonight. We spent nearly £20 including delivery for a 6-piece bucket of chicken with 4 chips. The food arrived in 30 minutes through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. The chips were cold and overcooked, and the portions of chicken were very small and cold. It was a waste of money.

I was looking forward to giving this a try but hugely disappointed. £18+ for a bland, tiny, feeble wilted looking burger and cheese and a few pieces of lettuce. I paid extra for the cheese and it was like a a very thin cheese slice that barely covered the tiny burger. The chicken popcorn was tiny. The beans I didn't recognise as it was all bland sauce, I only discovered the baked beans when throwing the sauce away, they had sunk to the bottom. The french fries. were small in number and poor quality, seemed like they had been individually counted by hand. No drink provided. Don't bother going, there are much better, cheaper alternatives in town up the road, I feel ripped off, only plus was the friendly girl on the till

Whilst waiting my wife asked for some salt and the miserable sta... read more Went to KFC in Martlesham and as soon as you walk in all we could smell when ordering our food. Whilst waiting my wife asked for some salt and the miserable staff member serving said we'd have to wait until we got our food. When our food arrived, in a paper bag even after we said we were eating in. The girl who served us threw our bag of food on the counter and walked off... then did it again with another order after ours. At this point I'd had enough and asked for the manager and requested a full refund. Whilst the refund was being issued we noticed the food we refused to accept was being taken out of the bag back onto the shelf to probably sit there all night until its given to the next person. The staff in that place are so miserable and deliver very poor customer service. Will not be going there again.
