The food at this restaurant was awful, the chips were disgusting and tasted terrible. They were clearly reheated and dry. The chicken was extremely dry as well, as if it had been sitting out for hours. I will not be returning to eat here again.
Went thru the Martlesham drive through. Wasn't till we got home we realised we were one piece of chicken short. However they had replaced that with 6 ketchup sachets, 6 bbq sauce sachets, 6 mayo sachets and 13 salt sachets. This is easy to say but check your food before you leave. Careless shoddy service
I decided to try a KFC takeaway tonight. We spent nearly £20 including delivery for a 6-piece bucket of chicken with 4 chips. The food arrived in 30 minutes through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. The chips were cold and overcooked, and the portions of chicken were very small and cold. It was a waste of money.
Picked up a KFC from here tonight. Plenty of horror reviews but nothing like that. Staff super friendly, food served quickly, piping hot and tasted really good. Only complaint is they forgot to give us straws but other than that pretty good!!
This place is a disaster and should be closed down! I ordered delivery from there and my food is always missing. How difficult is it to read an order and put the items in a bag! Extremely disappointing experience.
