Istanbul Kebab - Ipswich

I recently ordered the Istanbul Special for delivery and was pleasantly surprised by how fast it arrived. In fact, I finished my meal before the estimated delivery time! The meat was cooked perfectly and the chips were crispy just the way I like them. I couldn't find anything negative to say about the restaurant, even the delivery person was friendly and pleasant. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

This is the worst kebab I have ever had. They do not offer a mixed shish kebab on the menu, even though I have ordered it three times before. The staff is rude. I would not recommend eating here.

I ordered food for my family. The portion of meat and chips for my kids was $5.20 and larger than my $8.50 shish kebab. My salad only had 3 pieces of meat and a bunch of old lettuce. When I called to complain, the staff was very rude. The portion size was not medium, but actually very small. I didn't know whether to cry or laugh. I am feeling so disappointed. It seems like there has been a change in staff or food quality. I have been a customer for about 10 years, but this will be my last order.

Just placed an order to this place at 2.35am. They confirmed my order and then cancelled it 2 mins later. Clearly too lazy to do any work because they close at 3. Terrible.

When I moved a few years ago, I decided to make this my native and never regretted it. friendly service, great price and quality, and the new text payment option is very convenient. highly recommended.
