If you're too busy (assuming this was the case) why did you accept my order? First time ordering from this restaurant and guaranteed I will never order from them again.

After an hour called to ask where... read more Ordered online through the flamy grill website. Got email confirmation from payment sense who handle flamy grill transactions. After an hour called to ask where food is but they denied having an order and told me I could pay again if I wanted the food!! Have since checked bank and money taken out by flamy grill. Will never use again and warn others not to use to avoid a similar experience.
