After an hour called to ask where... read more Ordered online through the flamy grill website. Got email confirmation from payment sense who handle flamy grill transactions. After an hour called to ask where food is but they denied having an order and told me I could pay again if I wanted the food!! Have since checked bank and money taken out by flamy grill. Will never use again and warn others not to use to avoid a similar experience.

First time I ordered a portion of fries was missing and they tried to charge a bit more, despite it only being several pennies it's not the point and illegal to do so. Second time I ordered, the salad and sauce was missing. Other than missing items the food is good.
