We love this caffe that is now called the coffee cat. the staff is great and eating is the best worth and taste everywhere, I am almost thrilled to recommend it as it becomes even more difficult to get a place. the hopes are to die. we enjoyed so many lunches and great talks with employees and other customers. at a place my man chose the suppe of the day, I have never seen the size of the dish, elsewhere! we both enjoyed the homemade chili, one with a jacket kartoffel and the other with rice, just great. we'll be back soon.
Fairly average fare, but over-priced for what it is. Patrons have a choice between cramped accommodation inside or a few small metallic tables and chairs crammed into a small space outside in the wind. Staff seem to operate on Suffolk time so service is quite...slow.
Having had a great amble along the Waterfront we decided to stop for a coffee. This cafe is in a prominent position and in the afternoon in full sunshine. The coffee is amazing the cheese scones outstanding. I love people watching' and factor in...the boat vista this place does not disappoint. Staff are polite and courteous and happy to join in with the banter of customers. We will be returning.
The caffe made a nice touch and toast. the toast was cold. the worker touched a dog outside and came back and didn't wash her hands before he was busy eating and drinking. the meal was also expensive, although the portions. were good. the latte was really pleasant. sitting inside. the seat was uncomfortable. the views of the harbour are a safe joy.
We love this caffe. the food, the staff the wonderful vista. at this occasion ordered my man a bowl suppe. it was the biggest part I've ever seen! he enjoyed his meal would not hesitate to order it again. we like the fact that the meals are homemade and incredibly worth it. this caffe is now the coffee cat.
