Terrible, told an hour for delivery, ring up after 1 hour told another 20 minutes, rung again after another 30 minutes told they didn’t know when delivery would be, rude on the phone and terrible service,cancelled order then told driver would still come to house, if I could these a Zero I would, do not use, I have used these before and always been happy, but never again, long flight home from holiday and receive this... That said, I’m happy to report that they have made significant improvements. The food is back to being excellent, especially since we live just around the corner. I recommend giving them another chance, but if you can, try to avoid ordering from distant locations for pickup.
I wouldn't recommend this place! They advertise dishes on the menu but end up serving something completely different. The staff is also quite rude.
I always enjoy our meals from China City; it's the best in Ipswich!
I had a fantastic dining experience and truly enjoyed my meal. The food was still hot when I got home. The staff was very courteous, providing service with a smile.
I ordered and paid online in the morning, which is usually a smooth process. However, this time I called when my meal was 30 minutes late and was informed they couldn't locate my order. After some time, they found it and mentioned it was a kitchen error, assuring me I would receive my meal in 10 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, I called again, and the woman who answered seemed indifferent (though it wasn’t her fault) and reiterated that it was a problem with the kitchen. I emailed the company to file a complaint but haven't received any response. This restaurant is no longer an option for me.
