What whubrian doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
Staff are unprofessional and emotional they yell as if they’re being held on gunpoint. The Romanian barista who served me couldn’t even make beverages properly, she has trouble comprehending her customers, it’s the worst ever thing I’ve ever drank. You wouldn’t get this unprofessionalism in Costa Coffee. Plus their WiFi doesn’t connect, cleaning equipment are all over the place and pricing doesn’t justify their quali... View all feedback. read moreCafé Nero near Buttermarket in Ipswich offers a mixed experience for its patrons. While many rave about the quality of the coffee, others express disappointment over cleanliness and service issues. Complaints mention unkempt areas, including dusty tables and messy restrooms, which detracts from the overall environment. Despite these concerns, some customers appreciate the prompt service and cozy seating options, particularly for those multitasking with laptops. Noteworthy is the commendable staff service, particularly from individual team members who create a welcoming atmosphere. Improvement in cleanliness and restroom facilities could elevate this café from good to great for all visitors.
Walked in at 5:45pm this Saturday evening baring in mind they close at 6pm and got turned away as they was closing soon. Disappointed.
