The menu is very confusing. E.g., some items are marked V or V , without an explanation on the menu as to what V and V mean. Some dishes are marked with both. There's also an icon that looks like an egg in its shell, and another icon that looks like a magnifying glass. On asking what the magnifying glass meant, the server said it isn't a magnifying glass, its an egg in a frying pan and represents... egg. That is despite the menu having another icon that represents egg. She said that the best way for vegans to interpret the menu is to consider any dishes marked V to mean that the dish can be made vegan on request. It'd be great if management could clarify the menu. This is a coin toss on whether to rate this place 2 or 3. Updated from previous review on 2023-12-26

What did I like about this place? Everything! The food is out of this world. If you're in Ipoh, this restaurant is a must! #Veganuary

I initially had my reservations about this place as it's main focus is on plant-based meat and I prefer veggies and fruits. But upon taking a closer look at their menu, I was happy to find that some of the dishes such as the DIY salad and the Sauna Mee contains lots of veggies! I LOVED my DIY salad as I got to choose my greens and all my favourite salad ingredients. The place is tastefully decorated. There are signs on the road to guide you where the cafe is so you won't get lost. Would be nice if the vegan options are clearly marked. At the time of writing, the dishes with eggs are marked but not the ones with dairy. The Big Breakfast was delicious! I would go back for the DIY saladNote only the Balsamic dressing is vegan-friendly, the other 2 dressings contain honey.

I’m glad to have a food outlet with some vegan western options. The staff are helpful and professional.

Ordered double cheese burger. Nothing special. RM20.80! Can easily get for around RM 9 to RM 10 elsewhere. No chii or tomato sauce given. When request, staff said finished. Eating french fries without any sauce!
