The chefs and probably the shop owner have very intensive, yet subtle and reserved contact with customers. This makes the experience more pleasant, as a customer you feel taken seriously and in this way the business receives feedback in order to be in a constant improvement process. Low quality wine is very expensive in Ipatinga. On the one hand it is due to the high tariffs and on the other hand Europeans are simply used to different quality and correspondingly different prices due to the large number of varieties. You can't blame the store for this. Brazil simply does not have its own wine culture. However, you should speak Portuguese in order to get the food cooked to your desired state. Europeans prefer the meat to be well cooked because of the risk of worms. There are probably higher hygiene standards in this shop than in some other restaurants in Ipatinga. Kid-friendliness: Like everywhere in Ipatinga, people are very patient with screaming children. Toys were given to keep the child occupied. All service staff were friendly with the children.
