Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Was looking for somewhere new for lunch and this is it. Service was fast, order was correct, food was on point. Burgers are classic grilled style with right amount of seasoning, served on bun with pickle slices the long ones, cheese curds are really good also. For a good quick bite I would reccomend. Haven't tried custard or milkshakes yet..

Today was my 1st time there I called before I went employee said it was like steak shake but better! She recommended me going inside since I had never been to them but I went to drive thru! My meal was delicious ???? customer service was awesome I highly recommend them. In my opinion Tbh w/ u I feel it's a much better deal than hueys or backyard burger much better prices! Try it as I know u will love it b glad u went! I called as soon as I finished my meal to tell manager I was putting on google w/ 5 stars I wanted her to tell employee I talked w/ on phone before going she was 100% right!

I?ll start by saying that their steak burger is pretty good. They also have decent ice cream options, and the concretes I?ve had are pretty good. However, the price DOES NOT match the food quality. The beef hot dogs are horrible, as well as anything with chili and cheese (ie hot dogs or fries). Their chicken also tasted pretty bad. They rarely get my order right, especially when I use Uber Eats. They even tear off the part of the receipt that shows what you ordered. After giving this Freddy?s a lot of grace, I don?t think I?ll ever order from here again.

Don't have any of these up north where I've always lived. Must say, they should think about expanding. Love the food. Very tasty and fresh. Addicted to their custard!! 5 stars for food and service. Knocked off a star for cleanness. Parking lot had some trash laying around. Don't blame Freddy's for that, but lazy people who don't care about tossing their anywhere but the trash bin. Still Freddy's need to do a sweep through every now and then, take care of full trash binds and cleaning off tables after customer leaves. Again: lazy sloppy customers who could care less [hate to see their houses! But Freddy's needs to take a few minutes to clean off the tables. I will continue to go here cause the food is good and order always correct and on time. ?

The patty melt and fries were good, but the chicken tenders looked like 3 cut pieces and were small and tough. The trash was full inside and the workers were rude. I told one worker that I didn't get the BBQ sauce I had ordered. She just walked away, literally. After waiting a few minutes I flagged someone else down because no one would come to the register.
