Will have to come back to try out some more items on the menu. The fried ribs were seasoned well and tender. The green beans were also tasty. I didn?t care tomuch for the baked beans, If I were you, I would try a different side. In my opinion needs to have the recipe revisited!

I found In-Laws back in 2019 and I?m happy I did. It?s something different and worth the stop in Iowa, LA. I wish I could stop throughmore often. Always a great meal.

Stopped here because it was off I-10 and easy in out. So glad we did! The fried ribs, smoked pork loin and the sides- dirty rice and green beans were some of the best we have ever tasted. We also bought several flavors of sausage tocook at home. Will be stopping on the way back from Texas!!!

The beignets were cooked in the same oil as the pork and you can taste it. Everything else wasgood will be back.
