My wife and I were on a tour through the South Bus Tour with 43 of us and our first Supper was here in this beautiful establishment. The appetizers were great, the first course was a spring salad and a cup of crabs, corn and potato soup. Yummy. Next we had pork onions, black drum, potatoes with vegetable medal. What Shane Kole doesn't like about Hardee's:
Upon ordering in the drive through I was told they are only taking cash because the card reader is down. I was told I could come in and pay with a card. When I arrived to the window to pay I gave a twenty. When i was handed my change I was informed they didn't have coins either in the drive through and handed my food and the the teller walked away. This isn't the first time I've encountered issues with their card payment system; the same thing happened two weeks ago. Due to these repeated frustrations, I won't be returning to this Hardee's. Instead, I'll be heading to Burger King or Arby's, which is unfortunate. As someone who drives a large truck in the area and also uses this Love's station for fuel, I’m even considering getting my fuel across the street as well.
I took a Flixbus and had breakfast. However, it wasn't actually a Flixbus; they sent a shuttle instead. Thankfully, the driver made that clear. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Recommended dishes: Breakfast Platter.
I ordered the Frisco burger, and I was disappointed to find that the bread was very oily and not toasted as it should have been. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3.
