Super sweet here. I was on a tight delivery schedule and they helped me get my food and get out super fast. The people here are really nice and I likes talking to them. Great stop downtown. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
The restaurant tends to be underpopulated, and the staff can sometimes be too focused on online orders. When they are particularly busy, they may overlook in-store customers, leading to a few moments of frustration. Be prepared for occasional rudeness from the staff, especially when they are handling online orders. View all feedback.
Eating tastes good when it's right, but half the time when I order a sub on the app, they won't be like half the things I request, even the things I paid extra, and not even the foot in half or toast my sub as I asked. Even dining room is closed by chance, so I couldn't even find out all this until I came home. Dough scene (good prices tho I must say I will probably still eat here another day)
DON’T SPEND MONEY HERE! Paid for my sandwich on the app. Got to the store at 7:20 (pickup was for 7:30). The store was locked and I was waiting outside knocking loudly for over 10 minutes until someone came to the door. She said the order never came through and she couldn’t refund me. No explanation as to why she closed over 40 minutes early.
Terrible service. Worker had a lot of attitude and was extremely impatient when I was choosing what to put on my sandwich. This employee lacked the simplest form of work ethic. Employee took close to 10 minutes to make a basic 6-inch sub. When ringing up my sandwich she refused to honor my Plyo reward points to grant me the discount I clearly communicated to her before I started placing my order. I was so fed up with the inconvenient situation that I went to Jimmy’s Johns right across the street and purchased a higher quality sandwich from them instead. (Jimmy Johns service was incredible by the way) After getting my sandwich at Jimmy Johns I returned to subway before the subway worker had even finished making the sub for my friend who was behind me in line. AVOID THIS SUBWAY for Sunday lunch at all costs!
The poor girl working was ALONE during a lunch shift in a downtown store. She looked frustrated and it was extremely busy. The sandwich was still good despite all of the clear changes that need to happen. Make sure your store is well staffed. There’s no need to subject your employees to that.
Always lock the door whenever they want, even when it says they’re open
