What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
We ordered 20 McChicken nuggets and a cheeseburger. The food was good, just like at other locations, but I had some issues with the customer service. It was terrible; they seemed indifferent to their customers. I wanted to order extra drinks for the kids, but I had to wait for about 20 minutes. There were employees standing around, yet none of them offered to assist me with getting the drinks while my children waited... View all feedback.
Major renovation to the look and feel of the place. Same food. Order by kiosk if you’d like! WiFi is still slow. Hard to upload these photos.
I really like this mcdonald's. The staff are all very nice and provide excellent service. The drive thru moves efficiently so you don't have to sit in the line very long. Great food too. I wish there was a separate line for online orders.
Every time I have ever gone here my food has been messed up. They never give me all the food I ask for, the burn almost everything, or they just blaintly give you the wrong order. I’ve worked in fast food plenty of times but I have never experienced a place this bad.
I asked for Mac sauce on my McDoubles the manager I think the shift lead got really mad with attitude because I think they are about to close and they had really nasty remarks also this is how they gave me my Mac sauce
If I could give it negative stars it would get 5! First and foremost the employees are some of rudest employees McDonald’s has! Second my McMuffin was so hard it was crunchy,didn’t get hashbrowns,and burritos I ordered in case my muffin sucked…which it did…were terrible! McDonald’s Should really consider RETRAINING THEIR EMPLOYEES ON HOW TO TALK TO AND HOW TO TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!!
