Dunkin' - Iowa City

They always put donuts in a bag altogether and they just stick to each other and the paper bag. Could've put em in a box so they are nice.

I ordered a cold brew online (prepaid) to pick up between my classes. I get there and I'm told they're out of cold brew and they offer to make me a different drink. I say no, since I'll be late to class. I later call them repeatedly to ask for a refund with no answer. I go in to get a refund and I have to explain three times to the cashier that I DONT want a new drink, I want a refund. She gets all of my information and then says that she can't do it without her manager and to come back tomorrow. Very frustrating.

Placed an online order and it was cancelled after 30 minutes because dunkin didn't confirm it. I checked to make sure they were open before ordering. I called twice, the phone was picked up and hung up the first time, and the second time no answer. Update your hours if you're closed.

Charming little spot with quick service. The staff were not unfriendly, but there is definitely room for improvement in customer service.
