What Susmita Himanshu doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
They don’t know what customer service is, they act like they are really busy but if you go to the actual location they are all outside smoking cigarettes and look like they haven’t showered in a week. The food is cold, the delivery was over 2 hours long and I only live 5 minutes away from the store. They also do not pay their drivers enough money. View all feedback.
I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. It seems like the workers have lost their motivation, and unfortunately, their business reflects that. It's disheartening to see. Do they take any pride in their work, or have they forgotten the importance of work ethic? It feels like a larger trend of laziness may be at play here. Additionally, the reviews are unsettling. The few positive ones stand out as clearly being paid, and it’s obvious that they come from people who might be doing this from their homes. Most customers look for authentic experiences, whether good or bad. Yet, the reviews from those who write hundreds of them, always giving top ratings, seem suspect. Doesn't everyone realize this by now?

The place was absolutely filthy, and many of the items were broken, which resulted in me not receiving my food!
Our first and last pizza from last domino. ordered a medium-thin chest half philly Cheesesteak/Sausage,Pepperoni and mushroom to deliver. literal could not even see any beats except for about four pieces one the half and nothing on the philly cheesesteak side! pathetic to say the least! will be up with papa murphys from here....paid $20.00 for a medium against $17.00 for a large at papa murphy’s and no comparison when it comes to the ones!
First time ordering from Domino's...and the LAST!! Flavor was good....but all you could taste was the pizza sauce as you couldn't even see any toppings without a magnifying glass. Absolutely the worst pizza we have had for a medium $20.00 pizza. Will stick with Papa Murphys from now on....far better pizza...cheaper for a large pizza than what this cost for medium pizza...and they have alot of topping on theirs.
