Based on my experience, about 80% of the time, the employees seem to ignore customers or display a lack of friendliness. They often appear to be on their phones, which leads to delays and a frustrating 5-minute wait when they finally decide to attend to their responsibilities.

What possessed you to hire those two heavily tatted gentlemen? Please continue to do so! Best service, fast, accurate and friendly! I had sworn off Subway til now, I’ll be coming back! Great experience!

The show was great. The guys who made our subs was entertaining and very friendly, but he was a gas station worker that didn’t know how to make subs. We got the steak egg and cheese flatbread, he spread all of the meat all over “toasted” it (when we ate it it was cold) and then proceeded to roll the flatbread up the long way instead of in half to make a foot long, it was the funniest thing I’ve ever seen. I tried to correct him and he said no. All the while there was a subway manager in the back who never came up and tried to help him or anyone. I’m putting all of that on her to do her job, terrible location.
