The girl didn?t take my order correctly and when I told her it should be more bc I ordered the meal and not just the sandwich, she proceeded to tell me she didn?t know that, and that sheasked if I wanted the meal or just the sandwich. She didn?t ask me and when I told her she disintegrated, she said yes I did,closed the window and walked away. Never got the option to even pay for the food. Why are your employees so rude and nasty? Thisisn?t the first time I?ve had an issue at this location, and I?m don?t giving you opportunities to provide good service. It?ssad when you can?t even get mediocre service.

Value: most of the items on the menu is worth the price however the Man and Cheese is not, it does taste good however the amount you get for $3 is not worthit. When the container is only 1/2 full even after stirring it up. That?s why the four star ratting! Over all great experienceand will go again! Update: Went again the other night was a different experience the meat in the full size sandwiches werevery lacking was pretty sad about this. I hope this was a one time deal.

Recently I stopped by and ordered a meal and when it came time to pay i took out some money and I was bluntly told by the order taker that she would not take cash unless I would either roundup to the next dollar or had exact change. I did not have change and didn 't care to round up. When I asked why she curtlyreplied that they can 't get any change from their bank. I knew that they certainly could get some change from the bank andI said so. Her reply was that if I didn 't like it I could go somewhere else and that she was tired of talking about this tocustomers. i wasn 't able to see any name tag on her but this is probably the rudest and most unprofessional treatment I 'veencountered in a long time. I would consider this kind of rudeness and disrespect to a customer to be grounds for immediatetermination. As a side note after I paid for the meal with a card (which I like to avoid) the food was great and the diningarea was fairly clean. I will likely not return to eat at this place.

We were very disappointed and hope that you work on your service and food prep.
