All too often people only give a comment to complain, but I must say I have tried pork egg foo yong all over the world and this was the very best thank you. I will be back the Buffet was delicious but I did takeout for later. It is so good it’s perfect. I am back Egg foo yong is my favorite Chinese dish. It is very hard to find in restaurants now and worse if you do find it, it does not taste like it should. Today, my egg for young is perfect. Each ingredient was lovingly made, tender eggs inside and perfect crust achieved. That's not easy. The pork in my egg foo yong was roasted to perfection, moist, tender, full of flavor. The sauce must be perfect and it is. I will never eat it anywhere else as long as you make it for me, but I will be brave to try my other dishes too. Thank you for a long-term relationship and my meal made me very happy today.

I think the choice to charge per pound for the take out buffet was an excellent idea. I've noticed an improvement in the food quality and upkeep of their establishment. Wonderful owners.
