It's so easy to eat in every nando, and that's no exception. Staff well glued to CC, and order from a manager if gluten-free required. Almost everything in the menu is GF. View all feedback.
What Uzoma Ihediwa doesn't like about Nando's:
Visited Nando's with two friends around 1pm. Was met at the door by Claire, whom i assumed was the manager. Was told, in an unfriendly way to wait 15 mins even though the restaurant seemed at 30% capacity. Was shortly greeted by another waiter who promptly sat us at an empty table while she was away. This seemed to upset Claire who came to us asking if we were on some list. Did not feel welcome at all when we ate and... View all feedback.

Great food as always! Really enjoyed the new garlic bbq! However when ordering they removed the butterfly chicken from my basket right as I was about to pay as they'd run out of stock
One of the most eagerly awaited Diners I was waiting for. Finally entered their outlet in Inverness and left thoroughly satisfied. Excellent spread of chicken in their heritage Peri peri sauces preparation. Chicken was lip smacking good and wholesome. Portions served were sumptuous. Selection of sauces and bottomless drinks were fascinating. Staff is very friendly and are prompt to ask of Allergen information before order and service is decently fast. A must Visit place after a long drive. Wheel chair accessible and open free parking.
Had a night out with my boys, they choose nandos and I was very impressed ordering was straight forward I had the rainbow bowl it was delicious and looked exactly as it was on the menu it was great value for money and tasty. The staff were great and not over bearing.

Perhaps a warmer welcome to customers would be nicer strategy if they are to enjoy dining at Nando's.
