One of the best KFCs I’ve been to in a while. Super fast, crispy chicken and the lady at the roll knew her stuff, got me a more for my money that I was going to get based on deals on mini fillets.

Sat for 5 minutes at the drive through, no one said anything even after me saying “Hello” multiple times. I followed the drive through round to the second window and found 3 girls standing there laughing. When they saw me they put their headsets back on but at that point I had driven passed them and away to McDonald’s where I got served in literally 2 minutes. All of this happened on 16/08/2023 between 14:10 and 14:30

My friend and I visited KFC for lunch and unfortunately encountered poor customer service. We placed our order through table service, but the woman with glasses around her neck loudly called out our order when we weren't ready for it. In the end, she ended up bringing it over and roughly placing it on the table with a sigh. I feel that the staff could benefit from better training. It’s unclear why KFC offers table service if it’s rarely utilized, and when it is, the customers end up feeling the brunt of it!

Frustrated, we decided to drive to the KFC location ourselves, especially after already paying for delivery. When we arrived, we spoke with the manager, Dylan. Despite our polite explanation of the situation, we did not receive an apology from the staff. While we eventually got the rest of our order, we pointed out that the other half of our food would be cold by the time we got home. Unfortunately, Dylan's response was unsympathetic; he appeared put out by our presence, which was incredibly disappointing since the entire situation was not our fault. On a positive note, I would like to highlight Brandon, who often serves us in the drive-through. He is always friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to interact with. It’s disheartening that our recent experience fell short of the high standards Brandon typically provides. I sincerely hope that KFC can implement measures to ensure that all their staff offer the same level of service and care for their customers.

This is likely one of the worst KFC locations in the UK. They closed the good KFC and kept this one open—definitely a poor decision. I ordered tonight, and the burger looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for hours. It was burnt and dry, as the photo shows. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this KFC. I'd rather spend an extra £10 and take a bus to Aberdeen for a better meal. The store isn't answering the phone, so I can't raise my concerns.
