The room was spacious and spotless, featuring a brand new, beautiful bathroom. The mattress could use an upgrade, but the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were wonderful and polite, and the location was lovely. It's conveniently close to the city of Inverness while still being in a peaceful area. View all feedback.
What Lee Brown doesn't like about Best Western Lochardil House:
We visited this restaurant for a new music concert, and the location near Bught Park was ideal. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless. However, the food was disappointing, and the wait times were quite long. I wouldn’t choose to eat here again, for sure. View all feedback.
As recommended by an evaluation I had read, I asked a room with garden view that we had in the newer building next to the original house. the intention was in order, but we may have preferred to stay in the original house as it is the main reason why we have booked here. the room was clean and very spacious. the matratze was comfortable. I don't know if the original house had been of the same size and comfort. the breakfast was great. are looking forward to a free yogurt parfait, a mini croissant and heel coat. the personal was wonderful! we had dinner last night in the hotel when a band played. that was okay. it was more expensive than the restaurants we were in the last two nights in the city and not so good. the restaurant was closed in the first two nights that we were there because of the personal lack. the location is outside the lively city that was also beautiful. we drove to the city during the day and paid parking, but it is also walkable (about 30 minutes.)
The personal goes out of the way to ensure that their stay and meals are excellent for them. Beautiful dining room/sunroom with excellent kitchen! quiet and absolutely beautiful!

These two ladies deserve some recognition for their hard work; despite working late into the night with a large group, they handled their morning shifts with such efficiency and warmth. The beds in the hotel are comfortable, and the showers are fantastic, offering hot water and excellent pressure. Our room even had a bathtub, which was a nice option, though I didn’t end up using it. I found the tap water to be clean and refreshing, with no detectable chlorine or chemicals. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and it's a peaceful location a bit removed from the town, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of touring. You can even catch a glimpse of some stars and enjoy a moonrise. Honestly, the dining area is so lovely that I could see myself having a wedding there one day. It's an ideal spot for tea parties, brunches, or casual family gatherings—just perfect!
