Edit: Update. I was on 17. May at 10 am and was visited by a new staff. Much better Dunkin’ Donuts! Five stars from me. I've never had a big problem with coffee or food here, but the new employees in the last few weeks were terrible. They always seem upset about something. View all feedback. The worst Dunkin’ Donuts management ever. Everytime I ordered something it would be wrong, If i wanted a bagel they didn’t have it. When they mess up an order forget talking to a manager because she will lie. I put an order in for 3 Donuts and a coffee I got an empty bag and 3 coffees when I decided to go up there and ask for a manager she rolled her eyes at me when I told her to make the situation right.
