Pinecone's Ice Cream Parlor - Inverness

We visited pinecone ice cream parlor 4 times while on vacation. It was the BEST! They had so many flavors to choose from. They allowed us to try as many samples as we wanted. They have the friendliest staff. Overall a 10/10 experience.

My family used to go here for dairy free chocolate ice cream every time we went to Inverness. But now, they've gotten rid of both of the old flavors of dairy free ice cream they used to have and replaced them with flavors that have cookies in them, so they aren't gluten free, and thus are not safe for my family to eat. I was so excited to have a vegan milkshake and my kiddo was so excited for ice cream. We had to go to dairy queen for non-dairy dilly bars instead. Not to mention, they changed their rewards system last year just when I'd almost earned a free scoop, and wiped out everyone's points so they had to start over. Very disappointed in what used to be our favorite ice cream place!

Love this little ice cream shop. Such a cool place to hang out and enjoy yourself with some delicious ice cream. Their pistachio ice cream is my favorite! Staff is very nice and friendly. A must stop in Inverness.

I just had the waffle sundae and it was so amazing! The waffle was homemade and so warm. The atmosphere is truly the best and the customer service was incredible!

Never fails to deliver! Friendly. High quality. Awesome ice cream.
