when I was diagnosed with zöliakie, my diätian told me about this bakery, because I knew that I would miss hot dogs in the summer and they are not the same without buns! I drove today 1.5 hours to get the gluten-free bread, hotdog rolls and hamburger rolls and they are the best I ever had for gluten-free baking. as they don't even know, it's not really brot. We left after being told by the waitress that all items marked gluten free are made in a facility with wheat. This is on a big sign next to the items, and this along with her warning scared us off. View all feedback.
Simply the best gluten free bread you will ever find. Also have buns, tarts, cupcakes, cookies. All tasty. All have been safe for me.
They take gluten free seriously and has day where they cook their gluten free. Has tons of options to choose from. There more gluten free options than gluten.
The GF bread tastes amazing.but they bake regular bread and GF bread the same day in the same space. Unfortunately my little guy got sick.

I wasn't even sick and I'm super sensitive to gluten contamination, so I would say they take the right precautions for everything they have. love this bakery!
