Chill Out Ice Cream - Invermere

Service and variety is great. Price point is tourist high. Last stop before returning home.

We had terrible treatment form this shop… we were immediately met with short customer service and down right mean attitudes from all the staff. We will not be returning for business…

Not a great experience tonight. Got there around 10 to 8 and they were obviously trying to close. 3 servers working 2 cleaning and one talking to her friend I may as well been invisible. They served the friend first even though he walked in after us. When we were finally acknowledged and served we went to pay the server continued to talk to her friends abd simply turned the terminal to us so we could pay without saying a word. We will stick with Screamers.Edit to reply to owners response: your staff is not very truthful with you but thank you for your response.

Stopped at Chill Out for a cool treat after spending some time at the lake with the family. There is a large selection of Foothills Creamery ice creams, 36 flavours total I believe. The pricing and portions were reasonable given that it's summer and tourist season. The staff were really friendly and patient given how hard it was to choose amongst all the available flavours. The one thing we didn't see was the frozen yogurt options, but maybe we were so overwhelmed by all the ice cream choices that we overlooked it. We'll definitely return again.

The owner was very nice. They had a variety of icecreams to choose from and could even make it gluten free for my dad who has celiac.
