Beachhouse - Invercargill

We had dinner at this restaurant and were genuinely impressed by the service. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. For starters, we had the breads, followed by blue cod and chips, and chicken schnitzel. I found it to be excellent value for money, as the portions were generous, the food was delicious, and we left feeling very satisfied. If we hadn't been so full, we would have loved to sample the dessert menu since it looked tempting; we hope to try it next time. The restaurant is situated in a fantastic location with a view of the water, and it has a lovely atmosphere.

I thoroughly enjoyed the seafood risotto, which was recommended by a fantastic staff member. The staff members are excellent, and I'm sure the kitchen team is doing a great job, too! I loved the views and the overall atmosphere. The only suggestion I have is to improve the beer selection on tap :D I will definitely come back one day!

The fish and chips at Riverton Beach House Restaurant are absolutely fantastic—possibly the best I've ever had in New Zealand. However, the true highlight of the meal was the dessert. The Sticky Date Pudding was nothing short of life-changing. The staff were extremely friendly, and the views were stunning. I would gladly travel all the way back to Riverton from Perth, Australia, just to dine here again.

The tastiest chowder with the best location looking out to sea. Friendly service, great coffee and delicious food. Two of us had chowder and we were very pleased, full of actual seafood and creamy. The blue cod was also delicious. Great atmosphere and very clean and tidy.

Great food and friendly staff and you must try the **** mary cocktail. It was so good that I down 4 and a bottle of wine. My first trip down Invercargill and it was a wonderful experience.
