They offer a menu featuring various specialties, and several dishes are vegan or can be made vegan upon request. The chef assured me that there are always vegan options available. I enjoyed the Diwali sweet potato waffle, which was delicious. They also create their own non-dairy milk to reduce packaging waste, available for just $1 extra.
