The food is not that good and there isn't a wide selection of wines, but they do have a good variety of beers and cocktails. I recommend trying the Yukon if you haven't already.

Rooms are clean, but too warm. Staff is not able to fix anything. “Breakfast” is a joke, some cereals and toast with coffee(don’t eat the cream cheese, I’m pretty sure it is left out overnight. Seems very expensive for little to no services. Also, the elevator is broken and only energy exit stairs can be used. I wouldn’t complain so much about a hotel in the arctic, but they advertise as an amazing place and it is a big let down. Finally, they don’t clean your room each night and the restaurant is take out only. They need to hire more people… someone is pocketing a lot of money without putting anything back into staffing.
