This cozy café is located inside the airport terminal and offers a variety of sandwiches and classic fast food options like chicken fingers and hamburgers, all made fresh to order. The burgers are delicious, featuring high-quality meat and well-chosen toppings like lettuce, onion, and tomato. I highly recommend paying a little extra for the gravy to dip your fries in—it's incredibly rich and flavorful, to the point where I wished I could drink it by the cup! Prices are very reasonable, especially considering that this is north of the Arctic Circle. You can get a cheeseburger, fries, gravy, and a coffee for under $20, which is a much better deal than you would find in larger cities like Toronto.

Never actually been there but after reading the reiveiws i think it would be pretty lit fam. the beef burgers and the dip sound sgoods. also dont forget to as k for the cheese cruds, i heard those are pretty yummy in your tummy!!!!!!!
Best place in town for hamburgers and sandwiches. Quick, reasonably priced, and great food. What more could you ask for. The same restaurant has two locations, one at the airport, and the other at the recreation complex. We no longer have to drive out to the airport for lunch, as we can now order off their delicious menu in town (woohoo, bonus! One of my all time favourites are their clubhouse sandwiches. Did I mention that they make great burgers too? Be sure to check em' out if you're wanting a nice little lunch or dinner.

I only found out about it by calling the Mackenzie Hotel. Like many establishments, they're facing challenges in staffing, especially with servers and cooks, which has led some places to reduce hours or close. However, I highly recommend Cloud 9 at the airport. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and delicious food! Plus, they offer free parking.

The best place in the city for hamburger and sandwiches. fast, inexpensive and great food. What else could you ask? the same restaurant has two sites, one at the airport and the other at the recreation complex. we no longer have to go to the airport for lunch, as we can order your delicious menu in the city (woohoo, bonus! one of my favourites is their clubhouse sandwich. did I mention that they made great burgers? make sure to check them if they want a nice lunch or dinner.
This place has the best greasy spoon dishes you can find in Inuvik it is almost worth the cab ride to the airport just for the meals. I have been through more times than I should and always brought back a bag of 747 burgers for the family. It is comfort food to arrive at home after along day of travel and get a meal flown home from 500km away. With that distance of travel they have repeatedly allowed me to get my fires in a paper bag, so they do not get soggy on the journey, and are easily reheated at home. They use to serve a very awesome Musk-ox Burger hopefully a go-fund-me, or a petition, can be done to get this back on the menu. From a person born and raised on muskox no other place makes it like they do. This place is a icon of Inuvik and if you do not go here you will miss out on a cornerstone of food in the region.

Despite google stating the restaurant is open it’s been closed for 6-8 weeks for sure. Clearly NOT a reliable place that travellers can depend on.
Cloud 9 truly offers the best breakfast, food AND service in Inuvik ! ! ! Barely walked-in the door was enthusiastically genuinely greeted by the young man behind the till, and it just kept getting better. No matter what I asked for (changes to menu/order etc it was nooo problem.. ! Next, came the food; after visiting 2 restaurants in town (Alestines 4* Mackenzie Grill 2.5* I honestly was floored by the accuracy of the quality and food preparation served to me by the bearded dude. Absolutely freakin ' fabulous I Know where I 'll be eating next time I am in Inuvik ... Cloud 9! Only grip is I wish I had more room in my belly for a 3rd order (yah, I made a piggy of myself and had 2 full orders ... oink .
