Lovely and warm place. Nice staff also. My local friend said the fish was salty for her (and, apparently, Fridays are the fish day, at least, in Interlaken. We started with a mixed salad and a creamy tomato soup, both very fresh, light, and refreshing. The king prawn spaghetti was especially impressive — full of flavor and served in a very generous portion. We also tried the sausage rösti, which was hearty and satisfying, and finished with the apple strudel, which was outstanding and the perfect ending to the meal. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and provided great service, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food, generous portions, and a charming setting.
