Have eaten 2 of the 3 so far and they were so good. Chicken breast marinated in bourbon sauce and chicken burgers with cheese bacon, ranch. Both were so good. Still have actual hamburger patties to make but I'm sure they will be just as good. Next time I make the 4 hour drive out there will definately be another stop for more.

I was driving slowly this mornin... read more This is a fantastic spot to stop and grab a bite to eat—just step inside and enjoy the delightful scent of freshly baked goods! I was driving slowly this morning because snow plows were still clearing the roads in that area. I decided to stop for breakfast, and the toast with apple butter was absolutely delicious. I learned that the bread comes from their bakery located at the back of the store, so I followed my nose and ended up purchasing a loaf of their white bread. I made sure to keep that loaf safe all the way home; I had a flight out of Philadelphia in the evening with a layover in Phoenix. I savored some toast before heading to bed here in California.

I ordered the sausage sandwich, while my wife enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich, and we shared a side of fries. The sausage was served piping hot, fresh off the grill, and was topped with sautéed peppers, onions, and a delicious sauce. The flavor of the sausage sandwich was fantastic and brought back memories of the sausage I used to have at Stoltzfus Farm Restaurant, which closed several years ago. The bread was incredibly soft and fresh! I highly recommend this spot for families visiting the Kitchen Kettle Village across the street!

The sausage sandwich was quite bland—without the sauce and peppers, it would have had no flavor at all. The chicken breast was small and also lacking in taste, and the French fries were soggy. For lunch, I would rate the experience poorly. The price for each person was around $20-30.

When she inquired about the missing items, the staff responded with rolled eyes and an obvious lack of politeness, even letting out an audible sigh. They eventually returned with the cheese, but still no peppers. I was told the peppers were included, but there was only one visible in the dish (see attached photo). We've always made it a point to visit Amos during our trips to Lancaster due to their food and service, but something has clearly gone wrong. This was likely our last visit, which is quite unusual for Amos.

The quality of the meats is outstanding, with many different options available. Before shopping, we enjoyed lunch outside in the pleasant weather. We tried the Amos super melt, turkey sub, and Italian sub from their menu, each accompanied by a bag of chips. All the sandwiches were delicious, especially thanks to the high-quality meats used. Prices are reasonable, particularly for the meat products. It’s clear that at Stoltzfus Meats, you get what you pay for: fresh packages of meat and other quality goods.

This time, I tried the ultimate pulled pork sandwich, and I wish I had done so sooner. It was hands down the best sandwich I’ve ever tasted! Packed with pulled pork, Cheddar cheese, and coleslaw, it keeps me craving more. The Italian hoagie is also a reliable and delicious choice. All of the meats look great and there is a variety of different types. Before shopping around we had lunch and wereable to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. Our grub of choice were the Amos super melt, turkey sub and Italian sub all witha bag of chips. All of which were good, especially with having the quality meats. Prices are reasonable, especially whenshopping for meats. Remember you get what you pay for, fresh packages meats and goods.

They have a large deli counter to get sliced meats and salads. A butcher counter to get fresh meats. They have a large selection of meat sticks and different kinds of grilling sausages. You will also find fresh bakedpies, cookies, cakes and breads There is a nice selection of bulk dried items as well as a great selection of canned items. Ifyou are hungry there is also a sandwich counter where you can get a variety of sandwiches, soups and other tasty treats. Thestore is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
