During my latest visit, the limited buffet options were old and dried o... read more I’ve been to Center Street Buffet multiple times, and there always seems to be an issue. During my latest visit, the limited buffet options were old and dried out. When we arrived, only a few tables were occupied, so I hoped fresh food would be added as more guests came in. Sadly, that didn’t happen. The dried-out dishes remained, and the few items that ran out took a long time to be refilled. We ended up spending two hours there—not because we kept eating, but mostly waiting for food to appear on the buffet. The staff were friendly, but it’s obvious they’re struggling, likely due to poor management or working conditions. They definitely need to improve their system. On the bright side, the building and décor are lovely.
