Hungry Jack's - Innisfail

Having eaten at many Hungry Jack's restaurants previously, I knew what we could expect. But I found the staff and service to be better than average, and the Tropical Whopper I ordered was as good as it could have been.

Food is as to be expected from any fast food joint but I'd say do drive thru. In store was dirty and no clean tables at 11am.

Went through drive thru and Ordered chicken nuggets, chips, burstie drink and a bacon delux burger. After waiting for 20 mins after we had placed our order we finally got our meal minus the sauce for nuggedts we requested AND the chips n nuggets were stone cold and horrible and the meat patties on the burger was cold also. This was the WORST Meal i have ever eaten at all the multiple Hungy Jacks we have ever had from Brisbane (home) to Cairns. I will NOT be eating here again and I WILL be telling everyone i can to avoid this restaurant because we were the third customers to ring and complain about the food being cold in less than a couple of hours. Not impressed and will wide birth this store in future and go to KFC instead!

Often when I ordered at this restaurant they were unable to supply some items. This was a regular occurrence. I stopped going after a while. The positive aspects are that most of the staff are friendly. The place is pretty clean and tidy too. When they can provide you with a menu item it is of a good standard.

We wanted a fast ans easy lunch so we tried the Hungry Jack's at Innisfail. Despite the fact that Hi=ungry Jack's have been in Australia for many years this is the very first time I had been inside one. The food was regular fastfood hamburger and surprisingly much better than McDonald's ****. The ice drinks were a relief since it was a hot day. The place became crowded just after we were served but our food arrived in reasonably quick time. Will go back if a desire for this type of food ever hits again, but that is unlikely.
