McDonald's - Innisfail

It was one of the most beautiful burgers I got from the one. I couldn't believe it. seriously.

We stopped in for lunch travelling through and they had workman using a grinder while staff were working still cooking food and serving customers, sparks were flying from the grinder and the burning smell was terrible, we had been travelling and just wanted to stop and stretch our legs and get some food, I put my order in on self serve and went and sat outside because of the noise and the burning smell, But then my husband got worried about the sparks or metal chips going on peoples food and wether this would set occupational health and safety measures by doing this? We asked a staff member that delivered our food about this and he said yes it is terrible but I don’t make the rules I just follow them…. We asked to see the manager but apparently they were not available lots of people were turning around leaving they were worried about safety especially when tradesmen were seen carrying oxy tanks inside as well, If you need to carry out works of this nature you should do it when the restaurant is closed we have never witnessed something like this ever and what happened to food safety hygiene with work men using tools and grinders right near chip fryers and staff making burgers???

DO NOT GO This was the most discussing McDonald’s I have ever been too. The tables were dirty and not cleaned, the bins were overflowing with rubbish and the floors had drink spilled all over them. There was food containers opened in the McCafe with Ham, Tomato and cheese and no one attended this for at least 15 min while we waited for our coffee. I’m not sure how this restaurant is still opened !!!

DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible service. Found hair in food. Muffins were burnt. And cold. DO NOT COME HERE.

We waited in the drive-thru to place our order, then had to wait another 15 minutes in the waiting area only to receive cold fries and a chicken burger that my wife couldn't eat. If I didn't have such a strong stance against littering, I would have thrown the food out the window in their parking lot. This was the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had.
