Had a lovely dinner at The Marina in Gisborne last Saturday night and can only but say we will be back... the entree of prawns is highly recommended with the bisque sauce being the star...(asked for the recipe ... partner Kevin Boynton had the fish of the day and the smile on the dial was priceless... I chose the Duck dish and it was cooked to perfection..all consumed with the liquor flavoured champagne made the night all the more enjoyable.... highly recommended... thank you to all the floor staff directed by Caroline for being diligent but not intrusive....Marion Hill
