The new updated, Mediterranean-theme g... read more So excited to have another coffee shop come to this location, since I use to be a regular frequenter of Spirit Wind Java. The new updated, Mediterranean-theme gives the building a very fresh and modern look, plus they have an enclosed patio out back now.I have not gotten to eat a meal here, but stopped by for coffee and pastries, all of which we enjoyed.

We learned they serve t... read more What a fantastic discovery! Trio is a delightful bar/cafe/restaurant that provides outstanding service and a wonderfully friendly staff. We learned they serve tapas, so we expected small portions and decided to order a variety of items. To our surprise, their tapas are definitely Texas-sized—there was no way we could finish it all! Each dish from the menu was remarkably delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this place!

My per... read more I visited Trio after receiving an email from HR at HCTC about its opening. I went for lunch and I have to say, it offers some of the best food in Ingram. My personal favorites are the grilled chicken club and the smash burger. I try to go as often as possible because it's that good. Even my friend who works behind the counter makes amazing mixed coffee drinks. I plan to be a loyal customer and can't wait to visit for dinner to see how that experience is. Hopefully, I can make that happen soon!

We knew they served tapas from the menu, so we expected small portions and ordered quite a bit, but their tapas are truly Texas-sized—we couldn't even finish everything! Every dish we tried was incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend Trio!
