Whataburger - Ingram
Whataburger
Description
At this restaurant, the service and food quality seem to fluctuate significantly. While some patrons have enjoyed swift service and fresh meals, others faced long waits, rude staff, and inconsistent order accuracy. Complaints included poorly assembled sandwiches, missing items, and untrained employees, leading to dissatisfaction. Despite these issues, certain team members were praised for their attentiveness, particularly during night shifts. The atmosphere also presented mixed feelings, with patrons appreciating the relaxed approach to health protocols. Overall, while some diners cherish the experience, numerous customers express a reluctance to return due to service shortcomings.

I cant speak on the day shift but the night shift is good to go, they don't short you on your sauces they don't get sloppy when making your food. A custom service is good to go also very attentive. Also not sure what his name is but the younger Hispanic guy who is shift lead give that man a promotion really down to earth guy who you can tell makes the best out of any situation
The service at Whataburger was decent, but one half of the sandwich was filled only with onions while the other half contained the hamburger. It would have been better to have a complete burger without any onions. I recommend they review their menu to avoid this issue.
Where to start? The ice machine was broken, so no ice, and the water tasted like bleach. They were out of green chilis. My burger was served upside down, with the cheese and meat on the bottom bun instead of the top. It tasted okay but felt really odd. The avocado on my daughter’s burger was laughably small—just a tiny smear. Our order took forever, with people who ordered after us getting their food first. My sister-in-law only ordered a hamburger patty and fries, yet hers took the longest. They were totally inconsistent about bringing the ketchup, salt, and pepper tray—either bring it all or skip it, so we don't have to constantly ask for basic condiments. The employees seemed unhappy and had no sense of humor. I won’t be coming back. Go to the Whataburger in Kerrville—it’s much better.
