Food was good and for a reasonable price the only reason I?m giving it 3 stars is for customer service. When you walk into any place the way you are treated reflects on your experiences there. The people who work there look so annoyed and have the worst vibe, it literally made me just want to leave already. I get sometimes as humans we have a bad days but we can?t take it out on customers! This is an excellent place for breakfast, coffee, or donuts. The food is tasty, the staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable.
I ordered the Turkey Bagel Chilla with French vanilla, and I couldn't be happier! This is my second time having the same dish.
The food was good and fairly priced, but I can only give it 3 stars because of the customer service. The way you’re treated when you enter a restaurant significantly affects your overall experience. Unfortunately, the staff here appeared annoyed and gave off an unwelcoming atmosphere, making me want to leave immediately. I understand that everyone has off days, but it’s crucial not to let that affect how you treat customers. This Winchell's definitely needs to work on its staffing, as I've seen from other reviews that I'm not the only one with these concerns.
The pastrami sandwich on a bagel was completely disappointing and bore no resemblance to the picture that caught my eye. There was barely any meat, which meant I essentially paid $7 for just a bagel.
I ordered the bacon avocado bagel and a custard donut, along with some fresh orange juice. Everything was truly delicious!
