Called for phone order and they said 10 min plus a 5 min wait after I’ve walked through the door. I show up 13 min later to wait about 5 min to get to register which they then told me 10-15 min more wait. That 10 minutes turned into 29 MINUTES! So my phone in order turned from 10 minutes to 45 minutes? never going back again, happened last 2 times I came too

I love their food But... last time I ate there my stomach and my son stomach hurted so bad I was in the bathroom all night (my son wears diapers). I will not eat there again.Food: 1/5

I have NEVER waited 45 minutes for my food at a fast food restaurant before, and this wasn't just a one-time occurrence; I went back the next day and had the same experience. I've never had to wait like this, even in Atlanta, where this franchise originates. HOWEVER, my food was incredible! It was the best American deli I've ever tasted! If you order it extra crispy and extra wet, you're in for a real treat. You're welcome!
