The staff is very polite and professional when interacting with customers. They also offer outdoor seating with comfortable traditional seating. I have been visiting this restaurant for three years now and have always had a good experience. The staff member who serves and prepares the food is always maintaining good hygiene standards. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Cuba is an absolute paradise and the staff here are the best you will ever encounter. They welcome you with respect and are the most friendly and wonderful people you will ever meet. Our Butler, Dayena Cervedaria, was exceptional. If I could have her every time I come back, I would be thrilled. She is amazing, very pleasant, respectful, and the best part is that all you have to do is ask and she will make your stay there so much more relaxed and enjoyable.
