The Atmosphere/ The Decor: With sprawling gardens, exquisite architecture and splendorous decor, Sheraton Grand Palace sets the stage for an experience that is bound to be truly memorable. Sa Cafe's deep cushioned sofas, soft lighting and huge glass windows all create a soothing ambiance. The Menu/Dishes: S Cafe offers 63 gourmet delicacies (Rs. 900 approx. with customized menus and regional favorites, incredible presentation, and the legendary Sheraton service. From Mocktails to desserts they specialize in creating an international menu in a vegetarian format. This is THE buffet collection that won't just leave your mouth watering but would also leave you wanting to lick your fingers and never leave. My Favorites include: Fresh pineapple twist (mocktail , Spicy Crispy Soya Mince dumplings (starter , Nicoise Salad, Broccoli and bell pepper soup, Pizzas, Pasta Arabbiatta, Pasta Primavera (Italian , Fruit muffin and Foccacia (Breads , Vegetable black bean sauce with soft noodles in ginger and spring onion (Oriental , Dal Makhani (Indian Strawberry Parfait and Orange slice cake (desserts . If you opt for an à la carte menu, then I recommend you order Burrito Supremo, Paneer Tikka Lababdar with Stuffed Potato kulchas. The Service: Sheraton has a team of professional and polished staff. Recommendation: Vegetarian food at it's best! Highly recommended.

The place is near omaxe city, hence it was very close to us, visited it one evening for early dinner. Overall experience was bad given that the place is 5-star. AC was not working, and we communicated as soon as we sat down, and 4-5 times more for the whole duration we were there but there was no resolution provided. The service is not up to the mark, as we had to tell the servers when to do what, for example, without clearing the table they placed the dishes on the table, without giving the new plates they started serving dishes creating a whole messy table and a bad experience for us. Food however, was delicious as all the items were good. The cocktails and mocktails were also quite tasty and lived up to our expectations. Hope the restaurant takes the feedback seriously and brings up their service quality and problem resolution efficiency.

We have experienced the remarkable service, food taste and lively atmosphere in the restaurant during breakfast and lunch. The property is a bit far from city yet worth visiting and experiencing the fine dining. This is the only restaurant with (Veg only) kitchen in any 4/5star around the city. Breakfast Menu has few authentic North Indian dishes and few missing from the veg cuisine specially starter have limited variety. Fresh juices corner had a few regular juices like watermelon and pineapple. Live counter is a go to kiosk for South Indian dishes like Dosa Uttapam. Service and ambition is good. Special mention to Ms. Gargi for warm welcome and great hospitality. Best hospitality, great taste and a huge variety of food items. Cost is bit high for a buffet but it truly defines its worth. Must visit once to get a VIP treatment even in a buffet.
