Celebration - Indore

A very well maintained property in the heart of Indore City, what impressed me most was the extremely courteous and helpful nature of the staff which really enhances the guest experience! Right from the doorman to the manager who personally spoke to individual guests, everyone genuinely seemed willing to help the guest enjoy his stay! I must mention that as I had a 7.30 am flight out of Indore, I had just asked front office to wakee up early and keep my bill ready. But they woke me with tea and toast and when I went to collect the bill, a packed breakfast was waiting for me! I really appreciate and admire your hospitality, Shreemaya, I'll be back again! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Indore!

We had Dinner on New year Eve and Lunch on the subsequent day . Decent restaurant . COVID protocols are being followed here . Food was tasty . We liked the fresh fruit Juices well.

We visited Shreemaya RNT marg, Indore on 26th Sept 2021 and Shreemaya Vijaynagar, Indore on 5th August 2021 and both the times the food that was served to us was either stale or were in bad taste. All of us had health issues the next day and felt under the weather. Shreemaya used to be such a name in our city and it has lost its taste, quality of food and more importantly, people are made to wait for 1-1.5 hours .

As always , service , quality of food as always was good. Ambiance is great. Pastry was superb. However , I feel the prices have been raised.

For several years now Shreemaya has set the benchmark of good food and an incredible service. They never falter. And when they opened a coffee shop it extended the experience which was earlier limited only to dinner and lunches to those meals in between and coffee meetings. Amazing food, quick service and right on money.
