On February 6, 2016, my partner and I stayed at Hotel Ginger for one night. The hotel arranged breakfast for us at their restaurant, Mantraa. We were impressed that they accommodated our early request for breakfast, providing us with some nourishment an hour before the restaurant officially opened.
