this was our 2nd year in which valentines were spent in white castle. we hope to preserve this tradition. the woman who served us was excellent! it was refreshing to see a hired person in her job. she knew the history of white castle and we were impressed. we loved our Valentine's Day with the decor and ambiente absolutely. oh. the Macn Cheese Nibblers are my new favorite! many thanks for a great experience! The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor. I specifically requested no wobble on my burger, but it arrived loaded with it. When I brought this up to the manager, I was told that if I didn’t want that, I shouldn’t come to this place. They used mysterious flesh I swear. it tasted plastic and fake. the brot was tender. I felt like I got food poisoning they eat. never again.
I ask for a speck, egg and cheese sandwich and they gave me a sausage sandwich. but what a confusion I was that she was the end of the broth like the blunt part of the broth turned it on the other wise and roasted as if I didn't catch it and then the sandwich was so dry I wanted to thrive I white burgen gave many chances for me to eat their food, but after the sandwich I got finished yesterday
Shake machine always broke and the new slider is good but the veggies needs to be corrected
The man at the window was so rude if you want good service dont go to 38 and keystone they ate so ghetto
Loved it its been 10 long years since the last time we had White Castle wish we had one closer and the taste is still the same. Wish we could get some of this closer to us an hour and a half drive is just to much.
