The lone server is friendly and efficient. The waffles are average at best, and the orange juice is low-quality concentrate. The dining area is neat but not exactly clean. My son and I visited this restaurant around 6:30am. There was a lively, welcoming local customer present, and the waitress provided exceptional and friendly service. She added to the overall experience with her midwestern charm. I always make a point to stop at Waffle House when I'm on the road, and I am always satisfied with my experience.
This was the first time we ate at a restaurant since the pandemic started last year and actually to my surprise it was very comfortable I was very relaxed with my surroundings they were social distancing and everybody was being safe with the covid restrictions we ate very quickly service was quick and very friendly it was actually a pleasant evening thank you it was nice to get out and have a decent meal that I didn't have to cook :

After a bad experience with a rude and unprofessional waitress, I vowed never to return to this location. However, after a late night of work and limited dining options, I decided to give the Waffle House on Post Road another chance. To my surprise, the atmosphere was welcoming and the waitress was attentive and polite. Without even asking, she ensured my drink was always refilled and both my order and the cook's preparation were excellent. Despite the late hour, both the waitress (Kash) and the cook (Jeff) were upbeat and provided exceptional customer service. Thanks to them, I will definitely be back for the night shift service.
I had stopped in at this location tuesday night to use the restroom an to my surprise the restaurant an bathroom was clean and smelling good!!! this has to be the cleanest Waffle House I’ve ever been to I had no choice but to order something to go the food was great an hot I’ll be coming to this location from now on
